Merritt Deli Of Farmingdale Damaged In Fire
The deli will be closed temporarily because of the fire. No injuries were reported, police say.

SOUTH FARMINGDALE, NY — Merritt Deli in Farmingdale was damaged in a fire on Sunday night. The deli will be closed temporarily as it recovers from the fire, according to a sign on the door.
South Farmingdale firefighters arrived at the deli, at 307 Northwest Drive, just after 9 p.m. No injuries were reported, Nassau police said.
Firefighters received help from Farmingdale, East Farmingdale, Bethpage, Amityville, North Massapequa and Plainview fire departments.
