Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of Dec. 22 to Dec. 29.

Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Farmingdale area over the past week as reported by police:

  • Dec. 1: An unknown person stole two ladders from the victim's car at T Mobile on 4020 Hempstead Turnpike in Bethpage.
  • Dec. 2: A unknown person stole 8 tires from two dealership owned vehicles at Massapequa Nissan on 3660 Sunrise Highway in Wantagh.
  • Dec. 20: A unknown person used the victim's credit card fraudulently for their own personal gain on Oakley Avenue in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 20: An unknown person damaged a tire on the victim's car with a razor blade on Maplewood Drive in Plainview.
  • Dec. 21: A woman reported that someone stole her pocketbook from her locker and used her credit card from Agaci on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 21: An unknown person in a white SUV carried victim's cat off the property on St Martin Street in Bethpage.
  • Dec. 22: An unknown person broke the back window of the victim's car on Carrie Avenue in Bethpage.
  • Dec. 22: A unknown person stole a 2007 white Volkswagen Passat after stealing the keys from the victim's gym locker at XSport Fitness on 1 Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 22: An unknown person damaged the victim's car with a BB gun on Westwood Road South in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 22: An unknown person shattered the front and back driver-side windows of the victim's car on Lake Shore Drive in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 22: A woman reported that someone shattered the driver-side window of her car while it was parked in front of her home on North Idaho Avenue in North Massapequa.
  • Dec. 22: An unknown person shattered a window on a victim's car on North Zoranne Drive in Farmingdale.
  • Dec. 22: An unknown person stole a pocketbook, two iPod Touches, and a holiday pie knife from the victim's car on Hillside Lane East in Syosset.
  • Dec. 23: An unknown person broke the driver-side window of the victim's car on North Idaho Avenue on North Massapequa.
  • Dec. 23: A woman reported that someone shattered the driver-side window of her car while it was parked in front of her house on North New York Drive in North Massapequa.
  • Dec. 23: An unknown person stole a wallet from the victim's unlocked car on Camp Road in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 23: An unknown person cashed three fake checks against the victim's bank account on Plymouth Road in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 23: An unknown person broke a window on the victim's car and stole half dollar coins at the Burlington Coat Factory on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 23: An unknown person cut the straps to a victim's pool covers on Woodbury Farms Drive in Woodbury.
  • Dec. 23: An unknown person stole the victim's previously purchased packages left unattended while shopping at Sears at the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 23: A woman reported that someone stole her previously purchased merchandise while she was shopping at Victoria's Secret on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 23: An unknown person broke the driver-side window of the victim's car on Pacific Street in Massapequa Park.
  • Dec. 24: An unknown person keyed the victim's car at the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 24: An unknown person stole a ring and a wallet from the victim's car on Ontario Avenue in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 24: A victim reported that someone stole jewelry and cash from their home after a holiday party on North Idaho Avenue in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 24: A woman reported that someone stole her pocketbook from her car at Shoprite on 5508 Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 24: A 22-year-old Bay Shore woman was arrested at the Sears store at the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa for shoplifting.
  • Dec. 24: An unknown person stole the victim's cell phone without permission at the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 26: A 26-year-old Central Islip woman was arrested on a DWI charge in Plainview.
  • Dec. 26: An unknown person stole a victim's wallet which was dropped at Toys R Us on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa and used their credit card.
  • Dec. 26: An unknown person damaged the driver-side doors of the victim's car with a BB gun on Rosemary Drive in North Massapequa.
  • Dec. 26: A woman reported that her home health aide stole items from her home on Virginia Road in Syosset.
  • Dec. 27: A unknown person stole merchandise from the Walgreens in Main Street in South Farmingdale.
  • Dec. 27: An unknown person slashed two tired on the victim's car at the Nutty Irishman bar on 323 Main Street in Farmingdale.
  • Dec. 28: A 30-year-old Inwood woman was arrested for shoplifting from Sears at the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.
  • Dec. 28: A 23-year-old Massapequa Park man and a 22-year-old East Meadow man were arrested on Pine Street and Roosevelt Avenue in Massapequa Park for possessing marijuana.
