Person Steals Thousands From Victim's Bank Account: NCPD

FARMINGDALE, NY — Nassau County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding a person wanted for an identity theft that happened in South Farmingdale, police said.

On Feb. 16, 2019, around 10:50 a.m., the person used the victim’s identity to withdraw $5,860 from the victim’s bank account at a Capital One in the Bronx, police said.

Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who can identify the person or has information about the crime to call 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered.
