The show is a fundraiser for the museum, organized by the Long Island Corvette Owners Association.

Members of the corvette association will be able to describe their Corvettes, while museum officials will be available to explain the capabilities of the jet aircraft parked near the Corvettes.

Guided tours of vintage WWII aircraft in the museum's Hangar 3 will be given, as well.

Vettes & Jets is free for museum members with valid membership cards. For the public, regular admission is $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and veterans, and $10 for kids ages 5 to 12.

"Your contribution supports AAM’s mission to honor our veterans and U.S. aviation history, by preserving the aircraft and their legacy for future generations," the museum stated.
