Vico Of Farmingdale Brings In Chefs From Italy For Culinary Event

The chefs will be preparing Italian classics like Ravioli Caprese and Pasta Puttanesca.

FARMINGDALE, NY — Vico of Farmingdale is set to offer a special menu Thursday through the weekend as supplies last, as two chefs from Italy are coming to cook, said restaurateurs Joe and Perry Fortuna.

Alessandra Aiello of Vico Equense and Luisa Ferro of Capri, family of the Fortunas, are set to cook traditional Italian favorites:

  • Pasta Puttanesca
  • Pizzette
  • Broccoli Rabe e Sausage
  • Ravioli Caprese
  • Zeppole di San Giuseppe

Vico opened at 313 Main Street in summer 2022. Chef Eric LeVine cooks authentic food originating from the Amalfi Coast in Vico Equense, Italy.
