How to Enter: If you live within the 11735-zip code, you may nominate your own home. Simply send your name, address, phone number, email address, and consent to use photos of your home to wpriestley@farmingdalevillage.com by midnight on Sunday, October 17. Be sure your house number is visible from the street.
Spooky Map: Eligible nominees received by midnight Oct. 17 will be included in a Spooky Map to be posted in late October at farmingdalevillage.com.
