Farmingdale High School Varsity Football Wins Crown

Farmingdale Varsity Football win Nassau 1 Crown! An undefeated season was topped with a dominating 38-7 victory over rival Massapequa in the Nassau I title game at Hofstra’s Shuart Stadium on Saturday, November 19.

“This team is special because of the connection these players have,” said coach Buddy Krumenacker. “From the very get-go, I believed they could win this thing . . . We have athletes all over the field.”

Farmingdale holds 17 county championships. The Dalers will face off against Ward Melville this Saturday, November 26th, at 4:30 p.m. at Stony Brook’s LaValle Stadium for the Long Island Class I title.

The Dalers have been to the Long Island Championships nine times since its 1992 inception, winning just once in 2001.
