Why breathe?

Have you ever wondered why some athletes have better conditioning than others?  Even when similar athletes train the same way.  A lot of the time trainees don't understand breathing!

When we breathe, we want our stomachs to move and expand, NOT our lungs.  This misconception leads to shortened breathes and a lack of oxygen.
