20-Year-Old-Arrested For Loaded Gun In Car: Police

INWOOD, NY — A man was arrested on Monday evening for having a firearm, police said.

During a traffic stop by police in Inwood, Joshua Vasquez, 20 of Arverne, was found with a loaded gun in his vehicle, detectives said.

He was arrested without incident.

Vasquez faces charges of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, according to police.
