4 People Swipe Apple Watches From T-Mobile Store: Nassau Police

The three women and one man are being sought by police for the robbery, police say.

VALLEY STREAM, NY — Four people are accused of robbing a T-Mobile store in Valley Stream.

The three females and one male entered the store, located at 348 West Sunrise Highway, just after 6:15 p.m. on Thursday and asked if they sold Apple Watches, police said.

The man stood at the door, while the women approached the iPhone display and are accused of pulling the phones from the counter, detectives said.

One of the women verbally threatened employees that she would stab them if they attempted to intervene, according to police.

They grabbed Apple Watches and fled east on Sunrise Highway, police said.

Three employees and a customer were in the store during the robbery and were not injured.

Police are investigating the incident and seek and any from public at Crime Stoppers: 1-800-244-TIPS.
