Authorities Looking For Hooded Burglar After Valley Stream Realtor Break-In, Police Say
Nassau County police say a Valley Stream realtor had unexpected company early Monday morning: A burglar who stole $9,500, cash and more.
VALLEY STREAM, NY — Police are searching for an unknown hooded person Monday after the individual broke into a commercial real estate office in the early hours of the morning, police said.
Nassau County police said the unknown invader entered Best American Homes Realty at 1:12 a.m. Monday, taking $9,500 cash, multiple phones and other electronics out of the office before leaving the building. The person was wearing a black hoodie, black pants and a backpack, police said, with no further description available.
Monday afternoon, police requested that anyone with information about the early morning burglary contact crime stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS, or call 911.
