Class of 2016 Five Towns College Grads

Many colleges across the country recently held their commencement ceremonies over the last few weeks.

Several local natives were among those to receive their degrees from the various colleges.

Here's a list of some Five Towns students who graduated with the Class of 2016:

• Brittany Glenn Schacht, of Woodmere, graduated with a degree in hospitality management from James Madison University on May 6.
• Isabella Giordano, of Hewlett, received a BBA degree in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland on May 21.
• Mario Curra, of Hewlett, received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marist College on May 20.
• Monica Sigler, of Woodmere, received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Marist College on May 20.
