Cops: 4 Women, 1 in Halloween Mask, Robbed 60-Year-Old Near Cedarhurst LIRR
Group beat and robbed a 60-year-old woman who was walking home from Cedarhurst LIRR station, police say.

A woman walking home from a Five Towns train station was beaten and robbed by a group of four women Sunday night, according to Nassau County Police.
Detectives said the 60-year-old victim was walking home from the Cedarhurst Long Island Rail Road station at 7:15 p.m. when she was approached by the four women. Together, the group punched the victim in the head before swiping her pocketbook and running from the scene, cops said.
The robbery took place at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Leroy Avenue, police said.

The victim complained of head pain but refused medical attention at the scene, cops said.
The first subject was described as a woman, 6-feet-tall, thin build, and medium-length straight hair. She was wearing a blue coat, workout-type pants and a black Halloween mask with white eyes.

The second subject was described as a woman, 5-foot-5, and heavy build. She was wearing a black jacket with a hoodie.
The third subject was described as a woman, 5-foot-5, and heavy build. She was wearing a hoodie.
The fourth subject was described as a woman wearing light-colored blue jeans.
Detectives are asking anyone with information about the robbery to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
