Heroin Overdose Leads To Dealer's Arrest: Police

Nassau police arrested a Queens man after investigating a non-fatal overdose.

A heroin overdose in Nassau County led police to arrest a Queens man Tuesday evening.

According to police, Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives were investigating a non-fatal overdose that occurred in Nassau County. The investigation led police to arrest Anthony Espinal, 28, of 102nd Street, Corona, at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in Valley Stream.

Espinal is charged with four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday in First District Court in Hempstead.
