Valley Stream House Fire Forces Residents To Evacuate: Police

A Valley Stream house caught fire Sunday, police say. No one was hurt.

VALLEY STREAM, NY — A house was up in flames on Sunday afternoon in Valley Stream.

It happened just before 3:30 p.m., when police responded to the house on Casper Street, police said.

The homeowner told police officers everyone safely got out of the burning home.

The Valley Stream Fire Department extinguished the blaze. They were joined by arson bomb squad detectives.

No one was hurt.
