Inwood Gas Station Worker Held Up At Knifepoint: Police

The Sunoco on Sheridan Boulevard was robbed on Wednesday morning, police say.

INWOOD, NY — A gas station was robbed on Wednesday morning in Inwood, police said.

A man entered the Sunoco at 20 Sheridan Boulevard at 11:47 a.m. and jumped over the counter flashing a knife, authorities said.

The man fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. Police released photos of the suspect from the store's surveillance video.
