Loaded Gun Found When Driver Pulled Over: Police
Gabriel Seale faces a charge of criminal possession of a weapon for the Sunday night incident, Nassau police say.

INWOOD, NY — A man was arrested with a loaded firearm in his vehicle, police said.
Gabriel Seale, 33, of the Bronx, was stopped by police after changing lanes without signaling Sunday night, detectives said.
His gray 2019 Jeep Compass was heading eastbound on Burnside Avenue in Inwood just before 9 p.m., police said.

Once the weapon was found in his vehicle, Seale was arrested without incident, detectives said.
He is charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of a firearm.

Seale was scheduled for arraignment on Monday.
He was previously arrested on April 1 for criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing, according to police.
