Man Exposes Himself To 2 Young Women: Police

VALLEY STREAM, NY — A man from Valley Stream is accused of exposing himself to two young women on Monday evening.

Rodolfo Ernesto Umana, 36, was arrested without incident, police said.

The victims, ages 16 and 19, immediately called police as Umana approached them at the Village Green, according to detectives.

An investigation revealed Umana had three active bench warrants. He is charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.

Umana is due to be arraigned on Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.

Detectives ask anyone who may have been a victim of Umana to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS, or 911. All calls will remain anonymous.
