Man Who Exposed Himself To Multiple Women Arrested: Nassau PD

VALLEY STREAM, NY — Nassau County Police say they have arrested a man who exposed himself to multiple women, and threatened one of them with a gun.

Police say the first time the man exposed himself was at 4:20 p.m. on Feb. 4. A 17-year-old girl was walking home from Valley Stream High School on East Beverly Parkway when she was approached by the man in his car. He got her attention by asking for directions, and the girl saw that he was fondling his exposed genitals. The girl ran away and called 911.

Later that day, at 5 p.m., a 56-year-old woman was walking her dog on Brixton Road South in Garden City South when she was approached by the same man in the same car. The man got her attention, and she saw he was fondling himself. The woman went home and called 911.

At 4:15 p.m. on Feb. 6, a 47-year-old woman was walking on Grove Street in Valley Stream when she was approached by the man in the car. He got her attention, and the woman saw that he was fondling himself and also pointing a black handgun at her. The man demanded money. The woman ran from the area, went home, and called 911.

Then, on March 6, police say he did it again. First, at 5:53 p.m. on Dianne Street, police say he approached a 17-year-old girl who was walking. The man started talking to the girl while exposing himself, and then drove off.

Later, at 7:20 p.m. on North Grove Street, a 56-year-old woman was approached by the man. He started talking to her before exposing himself and then driving off.

On Tuesday, police said they arrested Corwinn Hall, 27, of Yarrow Circle, Bellport, in connection with the above incidents. He is charged with first-degree attempted robbery and five counts of public lewdness. He was arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead and ordered held on bail of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
