Overdose Leads To Double Arrest For Selling Crack Cocaine, Heroin: Police
BREAKING: The investigation was sparked by a non-fatal crack cocaine overdose in Nassau.

A Nassau woman and a Queens man were arrested on Sunday in Woodmere and charged with selling drugs, including heroin and crack cocaine.
The investigation started, police said, after a non-fatal crack cocaine overdose on Sunday in Woodmere. The investigation led police to Jennifer Pfeiffer, 41, of Long Worth Avenue, Woodmere, whom police say sold the drugs in the overdose. Pfeiffer was arrested at 8:45 p.m. in Valley Stream. When she was arrested, she allegedly had a white, rock-like substance on her that is believed to be crack cocaine. She gave police permission to search her home, and detectives say they found 7.5 grams of what they believe is crack cocaine and five glassine envelopes of what they believe to be heroin.
Police say that additional investigations led them to Edwin Dejesus, 65, of Mott Avenue, Far Rockaway, who was allegedly selling heroin. He was arrested by police on Sunday at 10:15 p.m. in Inwood. After his arrest, police say they recovered 73 glassine envelopes containing what they believe is heroin from Dejesus's person.
