Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle In 5 Towns: Police
The accident took place in the vicinity of West Broadway and Oakland Avenue, police said.
CEDARHURST, NY — A person was struck by a vehicle on Friday in the Five Towns.
Nassau police confirm to Patch that a pedestrian was hit at the intersection of West Broadway and Oakland Avenue in Cedarhurst. Officers responded to the scene just after 9:30 a.m.
While police could not provide many other details, a spokesperson said everyone was conscious and alert. It was not clear if anyone was transported to a hospital.
