Concrete Worker Struck By Vehicle And Killed In Parking Lot: PD
The 58-year-old victim was pronounced dead at an area hospital Saturday morning, Nassau police said.
ISLAND PARK, NY — A car accident Saturday killed a man on Long Beach Road, police said. The 58-year-old victim, an employee of Nicolla Ready Mix in Island Park, was struck in the parking lot, detectives said.
The man was taken to an area hospital and was pronounced dead just after 7:30 a.m.
The victim was identified as Ovidio Castro of Westbury, police said.
