Weekend Shooting Victim Dies From Severe Injuries: Nassau Police

The 37-year-old victim had been in critical condition from the Saturday morning incident, police say.

LONG BEACH, NY — The victim of a shooting early Saturday in Long Beach has succumbed to his injuries, police said.

The victim, identified as Humberto Manuel Francis Hernandez, 37, of St. Albans, Queens, died on Wednesday, according to police.

Hernandez was listed in critical condition after the shooting on East Broadway.
