Spring Sing-Along at Lawrence Elementary School

LAWRENCE, NEW YORK (APRIL, 2022) —Spring is here and the students at Lawrence Elementary School participated in a magical Disney sing-along assembly on Wednesday, April 14.

Before heading into the spring break, Lawrence Elementary School students gathered in their auditorium for a sing-along performance with the help of Skylar Berkley and Daria Barteldt, Lawrence Elementary School music teachers. Students had a wonderful time singing songs from popular Disney animations such as Moana, Frozen, and Incanto.

“I am so glad that our students had the opportunity to join together as one to sing before they headed into their spring break,” said Rina Beach, Principal of Lawrence Elementary School. “Special thanks to Skylar Berkley and Daria Barteldt, our super music teachers for the fantastic sing-along assembly!”

Singing together has many benefits for students. It supports their physical, emotional, and mental health along with social bonding.
