Swastika Spotted In Five Towns Park: Congressman

Rep. Anthony D'Esposito tweeted: "NO ONE should have to see swastikas on a playground in '23."

FIVE TOWNS, NY — A swastika was spotted over the weekend at a park in the Five Towns. The anti-Semitic symbol got the attention of Congressman Anthony D'Esposito (R-Island Park), who tweeted "NO ONE should have to see swastikas on a playground in '23."

D'Esposito retweeted a photo of the graffiti that appeared to be made with chalk.

He said a mother and her daughter saw the symbol of hate at North Woodmere Park on Monday, a spokesperson for D'Esposito said.
