Two Dead After Fiery Crash On Nassau Expressway
Two were arrested and three others were injured in the early morning crash that involved multiple cars, police said.

Two people are dead and others are injured after an early morning crash on Nassau Expressway in Lawrence.
Nassau police are still on the scene investigating, and the road has been closed for hours. Police say the accident scene stretched for more than 800 feet. That, combined with poor weather, has made the investigation slow.
Police have not said what caused the crash, but two people died after their car caught fire and they were trapped inside. Five others were injured and taken to hospitals, including two people whom police arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. They were driving two different vehicles, police said.
