White cat with orange "saddle" and orange spots on head with collar and several bells. Seems hungry as it's getting skinner and is unsuccessfully chasing birds given the bell on its collar. Gave it water. Has been living in "AQUA" area for about a week (Austin/Queens Boulevard/Union Turnpike/Ascan). If this might be your cat please email rg98765@gmail.com
