Am I the only person in Forest Hills that doesn't want this restuarant here? has anyone notice that's its only been two weeks since the opening and now 71st Continential Avenue is not only filled with people who do not live in our neighborhood but Rowdy rude thug, how long will it be before someone is assaulted, or even shot? The integrity of this great neighborhood is gone. The landlords and property owner's or their children and estates are so money hungry, it's not bad enough that we pay so much money to live here. Now, in addition to the unique mom/pop businesses, we have all these franchise businesses, skyrocketed rents. If I wanted to be in a neighborhood that would have the kinds of people that I have been seeing show up in Forest Hills in the last two weeks I would be paying $150 a month rent, in a city housing project and not 2500 a month!!!. I don't mean to sound so prejudice but hey I know I'm expression what many are thinking this is so not fair to those of us who have lived here 20+ years! I know some people will be offended by my comments but the reality is we are all in some way "in the closet prejudice" what or how does anyone else feel? Am I the only one?
