Eight Abducted Children Found Safe In Pennsylvania

Members of the New York Police Department’s regional fugitive task force found Shaneel Nadal, Nephra Payne, and their eight children, who the two allegedly abducted from
Police found the entire family in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on Monday evening, according to police, and the children were all in good condition.
The incident sparked a great deal of media attention after Nadal, 28, met with her children, who range in age from 11 months to 11-years-old, in what was supposed to be a supervised visit. The children and their mother disappeared, sparking a manhunt for both Nadal and her husband, Nephra Payne.

Police said after being located in Harrisburg, all eight children were turned over to the Harrisburg Administration for Children’s Services.
Charges against Nadal and Payne are still pending, police said, because it is likely to take at least a few days before both can be extradited back to New York City.
