Are you looking for professional affordable fitness classes in your neighborhood? The CQY offers a wide range of fitness classes, including Aerobics, Tai Chi, Israeli Dance, Yoga, Balance Training and more! We also provide door-to-door transportation to make it as easy as possible for seniors to attend their classes and stay fit and healthy.
Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.
All classes offer a carefully monitored and supportive environment. We have classes intended for more active adults, while also offering classes for those with walkers, canes, or recovering from injuries and ilnesses. All of our instructors are professionally trained in their areas of expertise and to work specifically with senior adults.

If you would like to try a single class FREE, please print out the brochure to the right for a coupon! There is also a coupon that provides a 10% discount when registering for two of our programs. Either one of these coupons will be valid for the Spring 2011 senior semester only.
