MetroCard Van (will be parked in the parking lot) staff will assist those eligible seniors ages 65+ and people with disabilities in obtaining Reduced Fare MetroCards. All customers may purchase and/or refill MetroCards; report a lost or stolen card; or have a damaged MetroCard replaced on site. To apply, seniors should bring at least 2 types of ID (Medicare card, SS card, birth certificate, driver's license or non-driver license). Photographer available on vans to complete applications on site, free. Disabled passengers can get an application on-site, to then have completed by their physician, acknowledging their disability.
