Shabbat Across America at The Reform Temple of Forest Hills

15th Annual Shabbat Across America at The Reform Temple of Forest Hills

On Friday night, March 4, 2011 hundreds of synagogues across the continent will take part in an historic national Jewish event to celebrate what unifies all Jews -- Shabbat! Everyone is invited... singles, couples, families -- all ages.

Please join us and invite your family, friends and neighbors to The Reform Temple of Forest Hills for a wonderful, warm, meaningful celebration of Shabbat. On March 4, 2011 we join with hundreds of congregations across the country and Canada in welcoming all of you who would like to worship and share in the joy of Shabbat together. Our service will incorporate beloved, traditional passages and contemporary, gender-inclusive prayers with a selection of Debbie Friedman's music. We would like to introduce ourselves at Shabbat dinner  that we are hosting  in our ballroom at a nominal cost of $22.00 per adult and $12.00 per child and then we will continue the evening with a lovely service in our Sanctuary. The dinner will begin at 6:15 p.m. and services will begin at 8:00 p.m.
