FH Wandering Homeless Man a Dangerous Creedmore OutPatient?

After a person saw one of THE FILTH OF FOREST HILLS post on the bulletin board of The Forest Hills Patch (https://patch.com/new-york/foresthills/filth-forest-hills-skid-row-starbucks-cleans), they made this comment of the continuously wandering and obviously unstable homeless man that has been a menace on the SKID ROW of Forest Hills:

The individual standing outside Starbucks is an outpatient from Creedmore and has committed two assault’s, one of then involved a good friend of mine last Saturday, February 24. A police report was filed but he is still to be arrested. Both attack’s were against female’s, be careful in that area !

While this cannot be confirmed as of yet, my experiences with this individual have not been good. He is constantly panhandling for money on Forest Hills SKID ROW in front of Starbucks, the liquor store, the
Chinese take-out and the deli. There are times he just bursts out in laughter, while other times he just makes an threatening outburst, and looks like a powder keg waiting to blow.

In the meantime another chronic wandering homeless man, makes Fed Ex Office and CVS his home base for panhandling.

In the meantime, what are Queens Borough Melinda Katz and City Councilmember Karen Koslowitz and the community board doing about this. Katz, who lives in Forest Hills has been completely silent on this issue
as well as most quality of life issues and KK has not been much better on these issues either.

The FILTH OF FOREST HILLS has reported numerous 311 complaints to the local precinct on these individuals, but yet they are a constant MENACE TO SOCIETY on Forest Hills SKID ROW.

Be afraid, be very afraid……………………………………………………..it is only a matter of time.
