LIVING LIFE AS A JOYFUL BEING

JOIN US FOR AN AMAZING WORKSHOP THAT CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

According to Tantric tradition, we all have seven energy centers, called chakras in Sanskrit, that serve as junction points between the body and consciousness. These spinning vortices are found from the base of the spine through the top of our head and help us receive, assimilate and express our vital life energy. When the flow of energy in one or more of the chakras becomes blocked, we may develop physical and mental illnesses.

In this workshop, we start our journey by empowering ourselves through the first chakra and learning how to live life as a joyful being. We begin our climb upward through the chakras by having solid roots, a healthy body, a mind that is well grounded and supportive of the journey we make from survival, to pleasure, to dharma – correct action – and enlightenment. For many, the first chakra represents the most critical part of the work we must do, corrections that need to be made, and balance toward a life that is more in harmony with the flow of the universe. Whatever comes from the unseen worlds of the higher chakras manifests in the first chakra, and you will learn the tools to heal the wounds in the first chakra that are blocking your natural pathways. You will create the awareness of a clear and understanding mind, to release the past, and to plant the seeds of new experiences. Looking within, you will have the opportunity to challenge old beliefs that may not be serving you well, and discover fresh perspectives, unexpressed passions, and new possibilities in your life.
