Meditation Workshop for Beginners

THIS WORKSHOP IS DIVIDED INTO 2 PARTS The first part of our Breath and Meditation workshop is designed for those who want to learn basic techniques to meditation. Find a comfortable seat, and learn how to use the breath and the Om mantra to develop stillness. Sept. 21 2:30-4:30pm.

The second part of the workshop explore different types of meditation (walking, guided, and silent), and use breathing techniques and other mantras to go deeper into the blissful state of meditation. Oct 12th, 2:30-4:30pm.
