Belly Dancing for Beginners - Every Sunday until March 2nd. A special 90-minute class starting with a 30-minute abdominal workout
followed by 1 hour of dance. 


Experienced instructor & personal trainer, Christine Busini, will show you how...step by step. Christina teaches the dance as an art form with dignity, gracefulness and femininity. "Belly dancing empowers a woman to rediscover her sensual side that sometimes gets forgotten in our multi tasking lives."


Through belly dancing, women of all ages, shapes and lifestyles can celebrate their curves, get a great workout and most importantly have fun.
