On the Agenda: Tonight's Precinct Council Meeting

What's happening at the 112 Precinct tonight?

Community Council will meet tonight at the local command center. Here’s a look at what’s on the agenda if you’d like to attend.

  • 1)   A member of NYPD’s Transit District 20, which includes Forest Hills, will be on hand to talk about subway safety. Crime on the subways is on the rise, and there will be fact sheets and pointers given to residents.
  • 2)   Precinct Council President Heidi Chain will talk about membership in the Community Emergency Response Team. Training will be held at next month. Anyone with interest in joining the team should reach out to Chain at HeidiChain@Yahoo.com.
  • 3)   112 Precinct Commanding Office Christopher Tamola will talk about the most recent crime statistics with residents.
  • 4)   Question and answer session.
