All girls ages 8-18 are invited to apply for the Precious Gems Spring Cotillion Program. Over the course of Six months the girls will participate in workshops, special events and community service projects. The program will culminate with a Grand Ball on May 18th at the VIP Country Club in New Rochelle, NY. Applications are being accepted through November 20th, 2013.
