Rego Park-Crescent area..Million dollar homes being bought and being totally renovated!

May 21,2014 Real Estate News update! Imagine homes being bought up for a Million dollars, being torn down, completely being gutted, in the area of Rego Park Crescents. Take a ride on Fitchett street. You will see with your own eyes. A trend is taking place in this area, that is unbelievable.
Of course the area is all uniformed with Detached Homes. And to be 20 minutes to Manhattan by car, or subway helps. But the best news is the TAXES. Long Island Living atmosphere, Country atmosphere, but without the headache of $18,000 dollars in Taxes, and or another $12-15,000 dollars in flood insurance.

Example: A Detached 2 Family with legal Mother Daughter Basement, 
3 meters, sitting on Fitchett Street, of 64 rd. has tremendous income potential, on a 40x 100 lot, with taxes at around $4,500 dollars.
Thats right!

Now in Middle Village,by the park Two families with 6rms.+6rms.+walk in apartments, that are attached are selling for almost $1 million now. With three families in the building, that means about 6 cars for that home. With 40 homes on the block that is 240 cars. parking is not easy at all.
