May 21,2014 Real Estate News update! Imagine homes being bought up for a Million dollars, being torn down, completely being gutted, in the area of Rego Park Crescents. Take a ride on Fitchett street. You will see with your own eyes. A trend is taking place in this area, that is unbelievable.
Of course the area is all uniformed with Detached Homes. And to be 20 minutes to Manhattan by car, or subway helps. But the best news is the TAXES.
