Staying cool in the next days...

For a quick cool down get a cucumber and some fresh mint leaves. Fill a pitcher with water, add about 5 cuke slices (you can leave the skin on) and about 7 or so mint leaves. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours and then take out and drink. If you want a bit more of a kick add a lime wedge. Sip and you will feel cooler. And did I mention to turn on the AC?
