What Should Replace the Perennial Ricky's?

Whither the Ricky's? It seems like every year, when the leaves start to turn, this Austin Street vacancy becomes a Halloween specialty shop. The front windows fill with fright masks and fake vampire teeth and whatever the flavor of the month costume could be. (Our guess for this year? Some combination of Batman and The Hunger Games. Which would, if taken too literally, just be another vampire.)

But wouldn't you like to see something a little more permanent take that spot? It's in a great location, near Continental Avenue on Austin Street.
