Before coffee, but after the pets are fed, just as the light comes full, I concentrate on my breathing for a bit and then either sitting or standing do a half a Sun Salutation. It may seem silly, but I look forward to this almost easy little stretch. I suppose I am easily amused, try it your self: 1. Sitting or standing, begin an INHALE as your arms swing up , Reach high and as hard as you dare to, eyes and focus up to the sky, EXHALE as you relax your focus front opening your arms side and down. INHALE as you fold over, toe touching! EXHALE. INHALE as you unfold and return to an upright position. Repeat as much as you like, clear out the bad air and in with the good. Try this at home or work or where ever you are most ill at ease and find some relief in taking a few big breaths.
