Tomorrow night at 6 p.m. Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams will hold a town hall discussion—open to all residents— on Ebola and Enterovirus D68 in the courtroom of Brooklyn Borough Hall.

According to a press release yesterday from the Borough President’s office, the event is meant to:

The Beep’s public discussion comes on the heels of an announcement today by the Department of Homeland Security that all travelers from West Africa countries where Ebola has been documented must travel through one of five U.S. airports.

Today, New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport—one of the five designated entry points—began checking arriving traveler’s temperature and asking about possible exposure to Ebola.
