You are admired by many on our planning committee for your vision of a healthier Brooklyn, and as someone who has repeatedly demonstrated courage and a willingness to take risks; established and sustained trust with multiple groups who chose and continue to choose to follow you through change (after change, after change). In short, you have proven yourself to be a courageous public health leader and a worthy role model for up and coming leaders! Leadership opportunities exist everywhere: at the project, committee, unit, campaign, agency/organization, and coalition level. This conference focuses on how each of us can implement that imperative in our own way in our own situations. Take this unique opportunity and join us for the 7th Annual Health Leadership "Aha!" Conference on May 18th and 19th at Brooklyn's own Long Island University.
