Born and raised in Southern California, Danke began producing her own music at a young age. Heavily influenced by the 90′s trip hop scene, she launched her musical career by effectively channeling Portishead, Massive Attack, and Bjork, among others.

Meanwhile, her strong background in acoustic music created a unique, and somewhat unlikely, fusion of genres. Her style has since matured and developed greatly. With fat bass lines, heavy beats, ethereal melodies, and epic harmonies, Danke has a musical vision to inspire even the most jaded listener. Her homemade, yet synthesized sounds coupled with delightfully palatable melodies make Danke’s sound irresistible.

She now lives in Brooklyn where she continues to write, create, and altogether expand upon her increasingly bold musical endeavors.
