Living in Fort Greene, Working in Manhattan
Living in the paradise that is Fort Greene, but working in Midtown Manhattan at Modern Vice Studios (garment district).
I’ve been working at Modern Vice Studios for a few months now, which has been a fantastic experience. Though our yelp reviews are slow coming, people have been very happy with the space, and I’ve enjoyed my time there. The only thing that I haven’t really enjoyed is the commute. Modern Vice Studios is located at:
247 West 38th Street #302, New York, NY, 10018
This is conveniently located studio is near the 2/3 and A/C/E stops, which run right to Fort Greene as well. The issue really isn’t the trains, it’s the mental jolt from going from a Fort Greene Paradise to Times Square every day! Each way on the train to Modern Vice Studios I read the Fort Green Focus to remind myself that I’ll be home soon.
