Watch: Man Stabs Clinton Hill Worker With Screwdriver: NYPD

A man whipped out a screwdriver and stabbed a tobacco shop employee in the face earlier this month, police said.

CLINTON HILL, BROOKLYN — Police are hunting for the man who jabbed a screwdriver into a tobacco shop worker's cheek.

The man began arguing with his 40-year-old victim inside Natural Tobacco Shop at 1128 Fulton St. around 9:40 p.m. on Nov. 18, said police.

Surveillance video shows the man pulling something out of his blue backpack then lunging at the worker, who throws up his hands in defense.

Emergency responders rushed the victim to Kings County Hospital where he was treated for his injuries, said police.

The suspect, who ran away from the shop after the attack, is described as a 175-pound man in his thirties, standing about 5-foot-8 and last seen wearing a black du rag, a hooded coat and a backpack.
