Fire At Commercial Building In Freeport
The fire took place on Tuesday afternoon just steps from the Long Island Rail Road station.
FREEPORT, NY — The Freeport Fire Department was battling a blaze on Tuesday afternoon at a commercial property.
The fire was at the intersection of North Main Street and Brooklyn Avenue, just north of the Long Island Rail Road Freeport station.
The fire department had no other details as firefighters worked to get the fire under control at the building.
