Man Assaulted, Robbed at Bus Stop
BREAKING: His wallet was stolen by two men on bicycles.

A many was beaten and robbed while waiting for a bus in Freeport early in the morning on Sunday.
According to detectives, the male victim, 62, while waiting for a bus at North Main Street and Independence Avenue was approached by two men riding bicycles at 1:22 a.m. The suspects punched the victim in the face several times and stole his wallet before fleeing northbound on North Main Street. The victim suffered several cuts to his face and mouth.
No further description of the attackers is available at this time.
