Man Shot Multiple Times And Left In Nassau Street

A man is in critical condition after he was found lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds Thursday night.

According to police, Freeport police officers responded to a call to Willow Avenue at 11:43 p.m. for a call of a man shot. When they arrived, they found a 24-year-old man lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
